Before and after: websites that needed repair
Repair ticket: the Computer Outlet Online website
Every laptop repair at One Computer Outlet starts with a diagnosis, so this ticket starts with how the old Computer Outlet Online site looked.
The repaired site for a resource site in our own store network now provides a guide-first site that helps shoppers choose laptops, desktops, custom PCs and parts.
Diagnosis: Computer Outlet Online as it came in
The computeroutletonline.com homepage came in as archived by the Wayback Machine on May 13, 2025.
At intake the page title was “Wholesale Computer Outlet, LLC” and the screen displayed a full-width American flag background with a round badge about shipping anywhere in the United States.
Back in service: Computer Outlet Online
After the work, the site provides a guide-first site that helps shoppers choose laptops, desktops, custom PCs and parts.
The repaired homepage now leads with “Work out what to buy before you spend anything”.
Working menu items after the repair are Buying guide, Laptops, Desktops, Custom PCs, Parts.
From laptop bench to website
A slow or confusing site frustrates customers the way a failing laptop frustrates its owner, and Computer Outlet Online needed a fix that lasts.
